In addition, he has specialized in the sale and purchase of companies, as well as in capital inflow and outflow strategies for foreign and Chilean investors.
He joined Tax Advisors in 1993 and has been a partner of the firm since 2004.

Public Accountant and Auditor from the University of Valparaíso with extensive experience in tax matters, being an integral part of the legal and tax departments of the international consulting firms PWC and KPMG. He has served as a professor in the field of taxation in undergraduate and postgraduate programs, notably participating at both the Pontificia Universidad Católica and the Universidad Andrés Bello.
He holds an LLM Master’s degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a Diploma in Tax Planning from the same institution, and a Diploma in International Taxation from the University of Chile.
